Fashion Designer Viviana G Unveils Petit Pois Spring 2013 London Boho-American Chic Collection

This collection brings the iconic styles of such women as Stevie Knicks, Marissa Berenson, and Ali Macgraw to life.

WHAT:  An exclusive, invitation only “All White” event, with still-life modeling by Pristine Models, latest in shoes by Lisa Pliner, and  styling and make-up by Leonardo Rocco. For media and Miami’s socialites.

WHO: Viviana Gabeiras continues to design and manufacture her premium luxury knit brand locally in Miami, fighting to keep “Made in the USA” for the past 12 years. Her success has garnered televised interviews on “NBC South Florida,” “Noti Mujer” on CNN Español, Univision’s “Despierta America,” and Telemundo among others.

HONORING: Together with MIAMI FASHION SPOTLIGHT (The Fashion Blog) and PETIT POIS BY VIVIANA G, we’ll be honoring renowned “Top Real Women in Fashion.” These role models were not only chosen for their fashionable lifestyles, but also for their support and contributions in their community. About Viviana G
Her designs have been showcased at Miami Beach International Fashion Week as one of the top designers for the past three years. Her collections continue to set trends, inspire, and earn recognition from high profile celebrities such as Shakira, Florence and the Machine’s Florence Welch, super model Heidi Lindgren, and recording artist Mya.

Viviana G moved to New York after owning her own boutique in Venezuela, graduating in Paris & New York at the Parsons School of Design. While at Parsons, she graduated among luminary names such as: Marc Jacobs, Isaac Mizrahi and Tracy Reese, today known as some of the world’s top designers. As a student, she won “Honorable Mention” from the Rayon Council during the New York Fashion design Competition.

After launching one of the first mesh lines in the USA under the name “Sweet Pea,” Viviana decided to gain her independence in 2000 and created “Petit Pois by Viviana G.” In 2007, Viviana G won the CILA award for “Best Coordinate Moderate” in New York City and her success continues today.
