An Amazing Day For Detroit, Press Conference Kicks Off with Mayor Dave Bing and Luther Keith

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 17, 2012 - More than 150 community service and improvement projects,  involving hundreds of organizations and thousands of people,  will take place across Detroit,  Saturday August 4, 2012, as part of the 6th Annual ARISE Detroit! Neighborhoods Day.

Events and activities will be found all over the entire city, stretching from the Detroit Riverfront to Eight Mile Road.

Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and Detroit Public School officials will appear at a news conference announcing Neighborhoods Day details at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 18, at Harms Elementary School in Detroit, located at 2400 Central near Vernor.
