Rachel Clingman
The inaugural edition of the “Top 250 Women in Litigation” recognizes Ms. Clingman for complex litigation, crisis management and commercial disputes. Her recent representation includes the defense of an offshore drilling contractor in connection with the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill and defense of other clients in litigation, primarily in the areas of energy, aviation and insurance.
