Low Cost, High Specification Spray Tanning Extraction Booth - Opus Starter

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 17, 2012 - Opus Starter is for any salon wishing to upgrade from using pop up tents & Extractors, looking to introduce responsible extraction to its clients and therapists in order to address the growing concerns regarding the inhalation of atomised sunless tanning solution during treatment.

It is a semi-rigid, low cost extraction booth comprising Extraction Chamber, 2 x Side Panels and Rubber Floor Mat. It is a compact unit, measuring just 1,000mm wide x 750mm deep x 1,880mm tall and perfect for salons with limited space and limited budgets, perfect for locating in corner spaces. This 4-part assembly is easily acheved by simply laying down the rubber floor mat, location the extraction chamber and finally slotting in the 2 side panels - no tools are required.

Opus Starter extracts at an impressive rate in excess of 1,580 cubic meters per hour (55,797ft/3 per hour) therefore handling most spray application systems on the market today. Rather that concentrating its extraction area at low level, Opus Starter comprises a full height extraction chamber meaning that overspray is pulled into the containment filters at every level during the spray tanning process.

It comprises a 2 stage intake filtration system, including an air 'directional' changing baffle plate, and 3rd stage filtered exhaust, ensuring any overspray drawn in by the unit is contained within the filter arrangement and only clean air (less than 1% particulate) is exhausted back into the treatment room at the rear of the booth.

1st Stage Filters require replacement every 80 tans, 2nd Stage Filters every 3 months and 3rd Stage Exhaust Filters every 6 months. Filter packs are sold as '6-Month Filter Packs', based on 80 tans per month for £120 + vat. Washable filters are not used due to their poor performance in fine particulate containment and necessity to change far too frequently.

Opus Starter is powered from a single domestic plug socket at either 240v or 110v AC, allowing i-tan to supply the worldwide market. I-tan also allows all those that invest in Opus Starter to re-brand the extraction booth to suit their image, their brand, their salon. Furthermore, i-tan equipment is available to work with ALL tanning brands without compromise.

Opus Starter is priced at just £1,100 + vat, meaning at £20 a tan, just  55 tans are required to justify investment, easily achieved within a couple of months based on 1 tan per day.
