Volubill Enlisted by WIND Italy to Optimize Network Traffic Management Efficiency

WIND Italy boasts 20 million mobile subscriptions and continues to grow rapidly year on year. With the influx of new traffic, the company is implementing strategies to facilitate successful and seamless subscriber onboarding.  Volubill’s VBS system, including convergent AAA and PCC, has been adopted as an essential tool in the effort.
