Stuart, who lives in Warfield began writing the book, which presents 365 ideas for positive
change, after a simple question proved to be his own catalyst for change.
He said “Iʼve spent the best part of the last twenty years researching how people achieve
their life goals. But it wasnʼt until a few years ago that I started putting some of the things
Iʼd learned into practice and I turned my life around. I stopped living for payday and started achieving some of my long held goals like setting up my own business, selling my art commercially and investing in property.”
The book, which launched recently, is a distillation of some of the most effective
techniques from the world of self improvement, peak performance and goal achieving.
Stuart said “There arenʼt many self improvement books on the market that Iʼve not read,
but itʼs true that some are better than others. The aim of my book is to help people get to the good bits, the things that really work - quickly! Nobodyʼs got enough time these days, so the book offers an idea or technique a day - every day, for an entire year.”
Some of the worldʼs biggest names in self improvement have given their permission for
their techniques to be included in the book. Stuart continued “To have people like John
Assaraf of the hit film, The Secret, Brian Tracy, Hale Dwoskin, Lisa Sasevich and Dan
Sullivan and many more say yes to being in the book was just mind-blowing, not to mention incredibly humbling.”
A group of volunteers spent 3 months piloting a programme as a way of deciding
which techniques would make it into the book. Some of which experienced some profound changes.
Commenting on the programme, Claire said, "It sounds cheesy but my outlook on life has
changed completely. I finally feel in control and no longer feel the need to depend on other people in order to be happy. It is amazing to think that just by changing the way you view things...your outlook on life can change so quickly and radically.”
Already the book is gathering rave reviews on Amazon, one reader says: 'The most important thing this book has done for me is to help me identify the changes that I really want to make, and for that I am very grateful. This book does exactly what it says on the tin...'
Another says: 'I cannot praise this book highly enough. It has helped me think more clearly about what's important (and what's not) and reading each day's entry is now part of my morning routine.'
Stuart's first book signing at Waterstones (Bracknell) takes place Saturday 21st July.
