Child-focused organizations in the Lehigh Valley are invited to apply to become the beneficiary of the 2013, 2014 and 2015 galas.
Applicants must:

•   Be a 501(c)(3) organization
•   Be headquartered in the Lehigh Valley
•   Have a dedicated development office and staff
•   Possess experience in planning and executing large fundraising events

“We hope many organizations take advantage of this open application period,” GLVADA Board President Richard Salezze said. “This process gives GLVADA an opportunity to work with local, child-focused nonprofits to provide for children in need. We are eager to partner with an organization dedicated to the same goal.”

The previous beneficiary of the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Show Gala was the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital’s Pediatric Unit.

“GLVADA donated a total of $75,000 to Good Shepherd over the last three years, which helped them provide even better care and services to children with disabilities or illnesses,” GLVADA Executive Director Tom Kwiatek said. “It was a pleasure working with such a great organization.”

To be considered, the application must be received by GLVADA no later than Aug. 24, 2012. For questions, please contact Tom Kwiatek at 610-758-9691 or tkwiatek@ptd.net. For more information, visit glvada.org/gala
