By: WavePlay LLC Leading the group from the Royse Law Firm’s San Francisco office is Momal Iqbal, whose practice includes immigrant and nonimmigrant business visa issues, family-based immigration matters, naturalization, and deportation defense, according to Royse. “Royse Law Firm is the ideal platform for the development of a vigorous immigration practice,” said Iqbal. “We look forward to serving existing clients and to meeting the needs of additional corporate and individual clients.” Prior to joining Royse Law Firm, Iqbal was an assistant chief counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where she focused on deportation and removal issues. She also practiced as a criminal prosecutor for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office and the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office. Momal Iqbal holds a J.D. from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Redlands. While at Brigham Young, Iqbal was a senior editor for the International Law and Management Review.
