EDTS Acquires Augusta, Georgia’s Axios Data; Continues Strong Growth

July 16, 2012 - PRLog -- EDTS, a full-service technology consulting firm specializing in networking, security and managed services support solutions for Southeastern businesses, has announced the acquisition of Axios Data LLC of Augusta, GA effective immediately.  

All customers of the former Axios Data will be transferred to EDTS effective July 9, and the Executive Center office of Axios will transfer all operations to EDTS’s 11,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art operations center on Broad Street in Augusta.  EDTS also maintains a second office in Greenville, South Carolina.  Axios Data’s principal Paul Pelletier will join EDTS as Network & Security Consultant as part of the transaction.
