Lee & Associates Negotiates Retail Lease on Behalf of Boot Barn

July 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has negotiated the retail lease for Boot Barn in Twin Falls, Idaho. Boot Barn is leasing 12,587 square feet in an Albertson’s-anchored shopping center.

Matt Mahoney of Lee & Associates Idaho represented the tenant, Boot Barn, the world’s largest Western and work wear specialty retailer in locations throughout the U.S. This is the first Boot Barn retail store to open in Idaho.  The landlord was represented by Kevin Mortenson.

“With a strong Magic Valley business climate and demographics that match up with Boot Barn this was a fantastic choice for Boot Barns entry into Idaho,” said Mahoney.
Located at 1175 Addison Avenue Ease which is commonly known as 5 Points, the 12,587-square-foot property is expected to open in October 2012 in time for the holiday season.
