America’s Choice Home Loans LP Opens First Branch in Virginia

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 16, 2012 - Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that as part of its continuing expansion it has opened its first retail loan origination branch office in Virginia. The company named David Velazquez as its inaugural Branch Manager.  In addition, Mr. Velazquez will also serve as State Manager for the company. America’s Choice Director of National Production, Jonathan Fowler said “David brings his fifteen years of experience to this position, and we believe that is a key element to successfully expanding the company.  We want the best, and we have that with David.”

Mr. Velazquez will continue to serve his customers with their home loan needs throughout the Commonwealth, as well as working to add new branch offices and loan originators.  “There are a lot of companies that make a lot of promises. I want to take care of my customers, and I know America’s Choice gives me the tools and support I need to deliver the products and services my customers deserve.”

David has been a mortgage professional for fifteen years, holding various managerial positions.  He has vast experience helping consumers with their Conventional, FHA and VA home loan needs.
