Lee & Associates Chicago Closes $3.2 Million Industrial Sale

Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates’ Chicago office represented the seller Edward G. Felsenthal, Jim Felsenthal and Gary Lange. Oscar Zamudio of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer 4251 W. 129th, LLC.

The 62,040-square-foot Class A facility was built in 2002 and is located at 4251 W. 129th Street in Alsip, Ill. According to Murphy, the property’s amenities made the sale even more appealing to the buyer who intends to use it for a Spanish food business.

“The facility has I-294 exposure, extra land for expansion, Class 6 taxes and the ability to service the site with IHB rail service,” he said. “The space is in excellent condition with precast construction. In today’s market, Class A inventory continues to dominate demand while the food industry remains very active in Chicagoland.”
