Lee & Associates Ontario Hires Jim Ridens as Senior Vice President

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 13, 2012 - Lee & Associates, one of the nation's leading commercial real estate providers, has hired Jim Ridens as a senior vice president to the Ontario office. With more than 25 years of experience in industrial real estate, the Minnesota native has added an extensive knowledge of the Inland Empire market to his resume.

After starting his brokerage career in 1987, Ridens started Ridens & Associates in 1994. He currently specializes in the industrial market and focuses on the Inland Empire, mainly Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario and Chino. Recently, Ridens represented the seller for the $7.2 million Rancho Cucamonga Jersey Business Park sales transaction. Notable clients of his include Turner Development, Bakken Industrial Properties and Rountree Investments.

In addition to Ridens, Lee & Associates has brought on Valerie Esparza as an associate. Esparza was previously a sales agent/property manager at Ridens & Associates and an escrow officer with Fidelity Escrow.

Ridens holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
