Ziplining Eco-adventure Comes To New Jersey With The Opening Of Zoom Ziplines In Mountain Creek

July 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Vernon, NJ  — Tri-State area residents who have always dreamed of cascading down a zipline through a picturesque natural setting can now do so close to home with the opening of Zoom Ziplines in Mountain Creek, New Jersey (just 47 miles from New York City).  The two-hour Zoom Ziplines’ gravity fueled tour features a series of four ziplines for a total length of 3,760 feet, with speeds of up to 50 miles per hour.  

The tour includes a trainer line at the base of the mountain (line 1) which is approximately 200 feet long, followed by a 10-minute ride in a gondola up the mountain to the summit at 1,040 feet with incredible views of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York!

Participants then zip across three additional dual-ziplines (line 2 is 1,310 feet long; line 3 is 750 feet long, and line 4 is 1,500 feet long), cross a suspension bridge, and take a Unimog all-terrain vehicle ride back to the gondola for the ride back down the mountain.

The zipline tour enables participants to ride side-by-side with a fellow flyer to experience the picturesque views as you race down the lines together.

The Zoom Ziplines’ experience is priced at $79.99 for adults and $59.99 for children 13 and under and seniors 65 and older.  A Family of Four rate (2 Adults/2 Children) is also available for $249.99. Discounts are available for groups of 10 and over.
