Local Company Receives Achievement in Consumer Excellence Award

July 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Closets For Life, a family owned and operated custom organization company based in Apple Valley, Minnesota, has received a service award for providing an elite level of service to its customers.

The Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE) award program is hosted by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI MN), a not-for-profit trade association committed to promoting the interests of its members within the remodeling industry, and acting as a resource to remodel-ready homeowners.

To earn the ACE award, a company needs to have five surveys submitted to NARI by customers and receive an average rating of four out of a possible five points across five categories: quality, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, professionalism, and communication. The purpose of the ACE award program is to increase consumer confidence in hiring NARI of MN members and to recognize industry professionals who provide superior service based on customer ratings.
