“Our first lunch menu is a collection of Truffles’ and my own ‘Greatest Hits’,” said Chef Benack. “Every dish on the menu is one of our favorites. Coming from a big Italian family, food has always been a big part of my life. Food brought us together. If you don’t have fun creating a dish, you won’t have fun eating it.”
The Truffles lunch concept features affordable, quality menu items based upon Chef Benack’s modern American menu, influenced by Southern tastes learned at Hilton Head in South Carolina and Emeril Lagasse’s creole restaurant in New Orleans.
