Tigo has created a ‘Tigo Jamaa’ team to help customers configure their phones for quick and easy Internet access. The ‘Tigo Jamaa’ team will be visiting different parts of the country to help configure Internet on customers’ Internet-enabled phones.
“We want to make it easier for people to access the things that matter to them wherever they may be,” said Alice Maro, Public Relations Officer. “We welcome as many people as possible to take advantage of this free extra value added service,” she said.
In order to make our Internet services more easily accessible to customers, Tigo will station the Team in Dar, Morogoro, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Tanga, starting from this weekend onwards.
The weekly schedule of locations that the Team will be visiting will be published in newspapers and on our Tigo Tanzania Faceboook page. Customers will be able to easily spot the team and should not hesitate to ask for their help. It’s a free service.
