The tour will take him on a 3000 mile trek from Anchorage, Alaska to Yorba Linda, California via his motorcycle, pulling only a small, homemade trailer. Doug will be stopping along the way for radio station interviews and some impromptu performances. On Wednesday, August 1, 2012, the tour will stop at Ruby's in Orange, located at 186 N. Doug Briney, now known as the Alaskan Cowboy, was born and raised in California. He is a 2012 Independent Country Music Association nominee for Most Promising New Artist. His debut CD, "It's All Country" was released in March 2012, and the first single,
