Hope Radiation Cancer Center uses the area’s newest radiotherapy technology, the Varian iX Silhouette Linear Accelerator with its advanced, precise and fast form of cancer treatment offering the highest level of care in the field of radiation oncology. RapidArc technology enables physicians to deliver an image-guided IMRT (intensity-modulated radiation therapy) treatment two to eight times faster than is possible using other treatment techniques. A RapidArc treatment can be administered in a single rotation of the linear accelerator around the patient, which takes less than two minutes. RapidArc treatments are consequently far more comfortable for the patient, who spends significantly less time in daily treatment, without any compromise in treatment precision. Using RapidArc to deliver highly conformal treatments like IMRT, Hope Radiation Cancer Center can improve the quality of care as well as your patient’s comfort during treatment, making it a top-rated cancer center.
“I am proud to say that Hope Radiation Cancer Center is my only practice location and all my patients get my personal attention and care as they always deserve,” says Dr. Hasan Murshed. “Our mission is to provide hope to every patient through the most effective and compassionate cancer treatments.”
