Vintage Coventry Employee Named Champion by National Senior Living Organization

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Vintage Coventry of Vintage Senior Living, a family of vibrant retirement communities, today announced that employee Michael Gedam has been named an ALFA Champion by the Assisted Living Federation of America, a national organization serving the senior living field. Gedam was recognized for outstanding service to residents and an unwavering commitment to supporting quality of life for seniors and their families.

Gedman is a dining room server at Vintage Coventry, and his role within the community goes far beyond his duties as a Vintage employee. Gedman makes it a priority to know all of the residents, and he welcomes each of them into the dining hall with a smile. His selfless actions demonstrate how Gedman consistently puts residents before himself in order to support the Vintage Coventry family, and he is greatly respected by his peers and colleagues.
