Vintage Coventry Employee Named Champion by National Senior Living Organization

Michael Gedam Recognized for Outstanding Service to Residents by the Assisted Living Federation of America

Gedman is a dining room server at Vintage Coventry, and his role within the community goes far beyond his duties as a Vintage employee. His selfless actions demonstrate how Gedman consistently puts residents before himself in order to support the Vintage Coventry family, and he is greatly respected by his peers and colleagues.
