SBA’s Eastern Pennsylvania Minority Small Business Person(s) of the Year award winner is selected annually from nominees located across Pennsylvania’
This local Pennsylvania event is associated with the SBA’s annual National Small Business Week which recognizes the small business community’s contribution to the American economy and culminates in the announcement of the National Small Business Person of the Year which will be declared later this year.
"We are honored to have been selected by the Philadelphia District Office as their Small Business of the Year,” stated Lee Arroyo during his acceptance speech. “Recently a client of ours commented that my business partner (Brian K. Lebeau) and I make running a small business seem pretty easy. All of us in this room know too well that it is far from that. From our vantage point, having the support of over one hundred of the best employees any organization can have and the resources of the SBA available to us is a critical component of our success. Our client then followed up his statement with, ‘But if it were that easy, everyone would not only start their own business but every small business venture would succeed’. Our client is a very smart man!"
Although Mr. Arroyo and Mr. Lebeau were the honorees of the award, they truly believe it is through the hard work and dedication of the entire CSA team that has allowed CSA to stand out amongst its peers. Neftali “Lee” Arroyo (CEO)
Mr. Arroyo has more than 17-years of progressive experience in the areas of design, development and implementation of complex supply chain systems, process and solutions. Prior to starting CSA, Lee was a leader of the AT Kearney-EDS joint venture, e-Solutions, which sold management consulting services. Mr. Arroyo is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) and at the Norfolk Naval Air Station.
Brian K. Lebeau, Sr (COO)
Mr. Lebeau has over 20-years of experience in operations, program management and analytic modeling for government and commercial clients. He is well versed and industry-respected in the application of mathematical modeling techniques to complex economic and financial issues as well as in the development of logistics engineering studies and analyses. Prior to starting CSA, Mr. Lebeau was with EDS Corporation where he led the public sector financial modeling group. Mr. Lebeau has also spent part of his career in academia where he taught economics at Clark University, Bryant College and Stonehill College. Mr. Lebeau holds an undergraduate degree from Stonehill College and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Clark University.
