Law enforcement officer describes relationship between the nations debt crisis, public entitlemen

“Good Morning Uncle Sam” by Andrew Miles serves as a consensus builder to unite people from all political perspectives

July 10, 2012 - PRLog -- NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Andrew Miles, author of “Good Morning Uncle Sam” (ISBN 1466242469) uses his two decades of experience in law enforcement to argue the facts of the federal entitlement programs that plague the nation’s economy.  He makes use of actual police incidences and crime scenes to illustrate the negative effect federal entitlement programs have on communities, families, crime, education and imprisonment.

Focusing on the human impact as well as the fiscal, Miles provides a new side of the debate concerning entitlement programs. With concern and compassion he explores the relationship between poverty and incarceration in the American criminal justice system; how it leads to imprisonment rather than rehabilitation, and the consequences and economic effect it has on the rest of the country.

“Good Morning Uncle Sam” is a clarion call for reform and return to the greatness upon which America was founded – independence and self-reliance.  It offers a street-level view of the problems created by an out-of-control government and an exaggeratedly liberal judiciary.

Miles says that in order to succeed, the governing of America must be returned to the people. He describes his book’s tone of work as similar to Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck.

“The book is written with a decidedly patriotic slant,” Miles says. “I propose proven methods of reform starting at the earliest portion of a child's life that will give them an opportunity that most are now denied: the chance to have a productive life.”
