By: www.morethansound.net Working with Mindfulness includes one hour of guided exercises developed and narrated by Mirabai Bush, co-founder of the Center for Contemplative Mind in Society. Bush, a long-time mindfulness meditation practitioner, teacher and organizational management expert, taught these mindfulness trainings at many fast-paced organizations including Google, Monsanto and Hearst Publications. Participants reported reduced stress, increased productivity, and more creative problem solving. They also felt greater awareness of emotional states in themselves and others. "Mirabai is a gem,” said Chade-Meng Tan, Jolly Good Fellow of Google and New York Times bestselling author of Search Inside Yourself. “She is wise, compassionate, and deeply experienced in creating a mindful workplace. She was a key player in establishing mindfulness as part of Search Inside Yourself at Google, where it is transforming the workplace." Working with Mindfulness provides a range of exercises to practice before or after a meeting, when struggling with a difficult project or person, or when feeling distracted or frustrated.
