Brew and Chew with Roxy's Grilled Cheese and Wormtown Brewery

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 10, 2012 - WHAT: Wine and cheese are a natural pairing, but what about beer and cheese? Due to their farmhouse origins, they both share some of the same flavors and aromas, making them a perfect, unexpected duo. To put this theory to the test, students at the Boston Center of Adult Education (BCAE) will join the Owner/ Chefs behind Roxy’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese and the local brew masters from Wormtown Brewery on Monday, July 30th, 2012 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM for “Brew and Chew,” a hands-on evening of delicious recipes and beers that will make them even better than they already are.
                       
         Recently featured on Food Network’s “Great Food Truck Race,” the experts from Roxy’s will show students how to take grilled cheese to the next level with a variety of cheeses they might not normally consider, along with ingredients like short ribs, guacamole and, of course, bacon. As students sample their creations, Master Brewer Ben Roesch will be on hand to help them choose the perfect pairing for their grilled cheese. Wormtown is the ONLY brewery to use Massachusetts grown ingredients in all of their beers, and Roesch will open students’ eyes to a world of local brews that they likely have never experienced before.
