If you’re looking to get in shape for summer without having to pound the treadmill in a stuffy gym, this video will make you rush for the great outdoors, get to know your local area and help you save some cash into the bargain.
Recent research commissioned shows that 33% of Brits admit waiting for gym equipment is their biggest bugbear and almost a quarter can’t stand the music played at the gym.
In the video, Mark Bayliss shows us how to take our fitness into our own hands in five easy steps without having to hang around for gym equipment or listen to naff tunes, all whilst enjoying the fresh air and the summer sunshine. All you need is sun cream, an MP3 player with your own choice of music and a pair of reliable shades, like Foster Grant® IRONMAN® sunglasses, to protect your eyes.
