GIA Programme Creates Star Sales Associates

The special two-day programme debuting on Aug. 3 will highlight transparency, product knowledge, building customer relationships and the concept of service.
The comprehensive two-day course on sales excellence will give retail jewellers the knowledge, tools and confidence to accurately and effectively translate the GIA-created 4Cs of diamond quality and the International Diamond Grading System™ across the counter to their customers. GIA instructors will use case studies and role playing to help students develop the attributes and qualities of a star salesperson.
