Hanshi Daniel Hect, the CEO of the Masters Hall of Fame, joins Eric “LIONMAN” O’Neal in support of the First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” Campaign with a Million Kick Challenge on September 7, 2012. .

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 8, 2012 - Moreno Valley California ~ July 8, 2012. Daniel Hect the CEO of the Master Hall of Fame joins Eric “LIONMAN” O’Neal the Chairman of the LIONMAN FOUNDATION, INC. at the White House in support of the First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” Campaign, on September 7, 2012.  

Daniel Hect and Eric O’Neal will lead the martial arts community on the quest to set a Genies Book Record of having one million persons kicking at the same time across the United States.

Children of all ages participating in Grandmaster O’Neal’s “The Legend of LIONMAN Presidential One Million Kick Challenge on 7 September 2012 can receive a Presidential Challenge and Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA) that includes a PALA patch and certificate signed by President Obama for take part of One Million Kick Challenge.

“The goal is to help KICK obesity out of America, Martial Arts training activities include many health benefits; I do not know of another activity families can do together from beginner to advance that advocates a healthier lifestyle; Said Grandmaster Eric O’Neal.   Having Daniel Hect the CEO of the Masters Hall of Fame to help us achieve this goal is an immeasurable asset. O’Neal continued.

Grand Master O’Neal, a Masters Hall of Fame Alumnus, won 7 consecutive United States Karate Alliance (U.S.K.A.) World Championships. He operated 37 karate schools in the southwest region (prior to Hurricane Katrina). As an educator he set up Mathematics and Science tutoring programs in the New Orleans Public Schools as well teaching Martial Arts through a scholarship outreach program to disadvantaged youth. O’Neal is currently partnered with Bp, Capitol One Bank, Xavier and Dillard University, Volunteers of America and others to continue his mission of educating the world one child at a time.
