Government and Non-Government agencies alike do what they can to help those who have been abused and those who are afraid to come forward, however, budget cuts have made this task very difficult indeed. Demetria Rupkey, owner at Save Your Sanity Life Coaching, LLC (SYSLC) and survivor of childhood sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence, recognizes the need for a global support system. A globalized support system should reach victims and survivors where they most need it - at home. Using the world wide web as well as phone support can be the most efficient delivery system to reach victims and survivors on a global level 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
