Evangelist Jimmy Millikin to Speak at Northampton Assembly of God Revival Services July 22-27

July 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Evangelist Jimmy Millikin of the Jimmy J. Millikin Musical and Evangelistic Family from Claremore, OK will be the guest speaker for revival services beginning Sunday, July 22 and continuing through Friday, July 27 at Northampton Assembly of God, 3449 Cherryville Rd, Northampton, PA.  Services will be held at 10:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, and 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Evangelist Jimmy Millikin and his wife, Shauna, minister through inspirational combinations of gospel songs and instrumentals.  Shauna plays the piano as they sing, and Jimmy plays outstanding soul-stirring saxophone solos.  In previous ministry in the church they were a great blessing to the congregation as Jimmy preached anointed gospel messages  and emphasized seeking the Lord at the altar.

Concerning the ministry of Jimmy Millikin who has conducted a number of previous revival meetings at Northampton Assembly of God, Pastor Daniel E. Lundmark states, “Evangelist Millikin has been wonderfully used of the Lord to challenge people to earnestly seek the Lord for His promised blessings.  He carefully follows the leading of the Holy Spirit and effectively communicates the Gospel through a lively preaching style as he proclaims the truths of God’s Word relating to man’s need of salvation from sin, healing, deliverance from evil habits, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost.”

These revival services will also feature uplifting congregational singing, joyful worship, and life-changing times of prayer around the altar.
