This talk is held in the auditorium of the Live Oak Public Library on Bull Street near 37th Street, in Savannah, Monday July 30th at 6:00 PM This Event is free and open to all.
Carolyn will open the discussion giving information on what to drink and the formula for how much to drink, and what to avoid for our best health.
A short film is planned, and then the discussion and questions from attendees will be heard.
