After a fun-filled day one, delegates were treated to a full day of education sessions and high profile speakers, including the CEO of Incheon Development & Tourism, group VP of global marketing and the vice president of strategic innovations management for Panasonic.
Commenting on the event, a spokesperson for IFE Services said: "This is one of the most fun and lively networking events in the airline industry, with lots of activities planned for those attending. However, the real draw for us was the chance to hear about the latest developments, trends and predictions from a host of high profile international speakers."
IFE Services was particularly interested in the education sessions; the first led by Ingo Wuggetzer, vice president cabin innovation & design for Airbus. This session focused on the impact on aircraft cabin of on-ground consumer trends, including a look at what in-flight entertainment will be like beyond 2025.
The second session, presented by Tony Sit, SVP and GM of GuestLogix Asia Pacific, focused on the new payment technologies that are being introduced across the passenger experience.
"These sessions provided great insights into the changing face of the in-flight experience,"
