Homeowners Associations can save money with E-statements and E-Documents

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 5, 2012 - We strongly encourage associations, rentals, self storage companies, boat slips and every other market we serve to begin the transition to Electronic Presentment of items, both with their billing products and other documents that are sent.  In the beginning there is some hesitation due to the unknowns about the service offered, however in the long run, the clients are much better off.

Fortunately for our company, we do not have to spend the time and resources trying to develop a system that handles this Electronic Function, as we would prefer a vendor to maintain and update the service, and for us to utilize the service for a small price on an add needed basis.  Once again, we are looking out for our clients best interest in finding ways to keep our pricing model under control for them.  We do not purchase any sophisticated software that handles this function driving up our overhead, we use a 3rd party vendor who provides the service as we direct them.
