Fortunately for our company, we do not have to spend the time and resources trying to develop a system that handles this Electronic Function, as we would prefer a vendor to maintain and update the service, and for us to utilize the service for a small price on an add needed basis. Once again, we are looking out for our clients best interest in finding ways to keep our pricing model under control for them. We do not purchase any sophisticated software that handles this function driving up our overhead, we use a 3rd party vendor who provides the service as we direct them.
