In this three-hour workshop, “Sharpening Your Sales Skills: Selling is Not an Art But a Process,” participants will learn the six-step structured sales process and how to implement it in any business in order to improve sales. Mr. Bostdorff explains how to shorten the sales cycle, how to diagnose a sales opportunity, and how and when to close a sales transaction. He emphasizes that there are no natural born sales people – because sales is not an art, but a process.
Before retiring, Mr. Bostdorff’s last position with IBM was World Wide Sales Executive for Final Solution Sales. He has extensive experience in working with business executives to successfully identify and analyze business problems, and then define and implement strategic solutions.
