The one-day team building program was subject to assessment prior to the design and development of the program, to ensure that the program and the topics tackled will run in line with the current situation of the SUWECO team. With the theme, “We ECO SUWECO” (Excel, Commit, Own our goals as one organization, team and family), Ms. Tinoko said that she hopes to achieve the basic requirement of all organization:
“We wish to establish awareness that each employee holds a role as an individual and how their individuality affects the whole organization as a whole. This would mainly emphasize that each achievement is an achievement of the company, that there is no competition required in this organization, that each employee must always bear in mind that good intentions, hard work and cooperation are the best qualities an employee must put into effect, in order to form a definition of a good team member.
We hope that each member should adhere to commend achievements but practice willful benevolence to those who experience failure, this will characterize a TEAM that always acts in good faith for each TEAM member and the company,” she further elaborates.
