Jonathan Miller brings over 40 years of investment real estate sales and has closed transactions aggregating more than one billion dollars. He has sold the gamut of investment real estate including office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping centers, garden apartments, hotels and retail condominiums and also assembled development sites including the easterly block front on Third Avenue between 60th and 61 Street. A partial list of these transactions include land under The Trump International Hotel at Columbus Circle, land under Nike Town on 57th Street, land under 720 Fifth Avenue and land under 460 Park Avenue at 57th street.
Sidney Rosenthal has arranged the assemblage of over 30 building sites in Manhattan, including the site for the Sony Building, Park Avenue Tower, 520 Madison Avenue, 919 Third Avenue, and 9 West 57th Street. He has been active in the parking business as a broker and consultant for over 40 years. Major transactions include the $100 million lease transaction with Minskoff Equities and Trinity Church Corp. for the development of 100 6th Avenue; the sale of the former Irving Berlin House on Beekman Place to the government of Luxembourg; and the marketing of the site at 871 UN Plaza to the government of Germany which involved a complex arrangement between the owner-developers and the German government for the construction of the building.
