"He has been out in front since their first day open setting the pace for his team. He is leading by example and it is obvious that his team is following suit. They have had their obstacles, which we fully expected, and it has been pleasurable watching how the team has come together to find solutions."
The New Jersey team is responsible for the new client acquisition and retention for the entire state. That is a big demand for their growing team, considering it is a bigger market than Oregon in terms of business. "Our focus is to continue to provide elite service to our clients and expand again from the New Jersey market in the next six months," says Donny Boyer. In order to accomplish this, we plan on expanding our knowledge of business by networking, reading, and failing forward, he says.

They have been a growing company since 2007 and it does not look like they are slowing down any time soon. The word Archetype actually means to be the one for which all other's follow; the prototype. It seems their name suits their actions well thus far. Archetype had set a goal of three expansions in 2012 and they're beginning to see this come to fruition. The company is setting its eye on expanding yet again within the next few short months.
