About Ryan of Finish Line Fitness
Ryan McMahon is a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and director of Finish Line Fitness. Specialising in performance enhancement, Ryan combines his obvious infectious passion for fitness with a structured scientific approach to make every training session relevant, rewarding and enjoyable. This passion is communicated with and shared by his clients and is reflected in their many achievements.
Following a promising sporting career in his teens, Ryan followed his other interest in life and pursued a degree and career in design and advertising. Throughout these years Ryan continued to focus all his free time on exercise and ultimately decided to turn his love for fitness into a business. Turning his attention towards coaching individuals, Ryan has spent years learning from world-renowned experts in the fields of exercise and conditioning.
With such a broad range of qualifications, Ryan remains committed to providing the highest level of coaching and professionalism, keeping at the forefront of an ever-evolving fitness industry. He believes it is essential to share his knowledge and educate clients during sessions, ultimately providing them with the capacity to train themselves.
Ryansʼ clients include athletes from a variety of sporting disciplines and he has worked with actors, models and many high profile professionals.
