New Kids Book App teaches Gardening and Sustainability for a Happy Planet
Fort Collins CO - The Green Radventures became an official series with the release of their second story book app Nico’s Green Thumb! The app introduces the enjoyment of gardening and the important role that plants play in keeping humans and our planet healthy.
Children from ages 3-8 will love joining characters Nico, Hannah and the Green Minstrel as they plant their very own garden, sing a fun, original song about gardening and then enjoy the fruits (literally) of their labor by making fresh garden salsa.

With great stories, interactivity and original music, the Green Radventures kids book app series teaches love and respect for ourselves, each other and the Earth. This is the second story book app in the series. The first story book app, Nico Goes to the Mountains was released in December 2011 and follows Nico, Hannah and the Green Minstrel as they learn about reducing, reusing and recycling at the local landfill.
Paul Wozniak, the author of The Green Radventures, created the character the Green Minstrel in his likeness so that he could bring the character to life—for school presentations, live performances, video and film features, and for connections on social media like Youtube, Twitter and Facebook.
