Country Band Gloriana Will Shine in Spotlights of Lake Lanier Islands' Peachtree Point Amphitheater

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 30, 2012 - When Gloriana takes the stage during the premiere of the Georgia’s Island Stage Concert Series at Lake Lanier Islands Resort®, it is expected that these highly touted, up-and-coming country music celebrities will shine as brightly as the stars that light up the night sky over the exciting newly redesigned lakeside open-air venue—Peachtree Point Amphitheater. On Saturday, July 7th, the much-anticipated summer concert series – hosted by local music legends Banks & Shane – kicks off when the proverbial curtain first rises on special guest, singer/songwriter and One Tree Hill alum Tyler Hilton followed by concert headliner, Gloriana.

Comprised of the talented Rachel Reinert and band founders Tom and Mike Gossin, Gloriana was originally formed in Nashville, TN in 2008.  Their single, Kissed You (Good Night), was recently featured on The Bachelorette and is rising up the charts as one of today’s top country songs, snagging a #9 spot on the Billboard Country Singles Chart. The band is currently touring all across the U.S., and Lake Lanier Islands is proud to host one of only two Georgia appearances. Performing in such unique venues as Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, CO, and Saddle Bags in Savannah, GA, Gloriana will soon make a more intimate stop by the incomparable Peachtree Point Amphitheater in Buford, GA.
