June 29, 2012 - PRLog -- ScottMadden, Inc. recently chaired The 6th Annual Shared Services Exchange held June 24–June 26 in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This event brought together top executives of world-class shared service organizations to share best practices.

This elite event provided interactive learning opportunities through strategic conference sessions, BrainWeave discussions, one-on-one business meetings, and strategic networking opportunities.

Sam Poston, partner and senior vice president at ScottMadden, served as conference chair. Mr. Poston also facilitated two panel discussions, “Outsourcing Higher Value Work: Is It Feasible?” and “Strategic Organizational Structures: A New Model and Governance as We Move from Single to End-to-End Management of Processes.” These cutting-edge sessions encouraged discussion, debate, and learning among thought leaders and delegates. “The panel discussions were a great success. Delegates were able to ask questions and share experiences while speakers suggested solutions and provided key lessons learned in an informal setting,” noted Mr. Poston.

Additionally, Tina Krebs, director at ScottMadden, presented “Tech Trends that Fast Forward E2E (End-to-End) Processes.” This interactive roundtable style session explored the game-changing technologies of 2012 that are impacting how shared services organizations conduct business today.
