Doug Haldeman is a 16 year mortgage industry veteran and a licensed loan originator. He is an experienced real estate investor and has owned up to 112 rental units and sold approximately 190 investment properties. He graduated from the three year entrepreneur program through the prestigious Strategic Coach in Chicago. He has also been featured multiple times as an industry expert on local Fox and NBC affiliates. Doug has owned multiple mortgage companies, and currently serves as the Branch Manager at the local Cherry Creek Mortgage office located in Chesterfield, Missouri. But, his true passion lies in educating consumers about owning real estate and managing debts. This inspired him to create his own radio show to reach more consumers.
“I'm looking forward to having a platform to make a difference. Making a difference to help rebuild the St. Louis Real Estate Market will happen only person at a time but I am prepared for the challenge. Having the ability to change the lives of many over the air is a tremendous opportunity,”
Listeners can look forward to shows about responsible debt and standard of living management, planning for the unexpected life events that create credit card debt, proper mortgage selection (since it is the largest debt for most consumers), and how to become financially free and debt free. When consumers are educated on these topics, it helps attain the mission of raising the level of personal wealth and fiscal literacy in America and to lower the divorce rate by reducing financial stress for couples.
