Local Shop Announces Online Ordering

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 29, 2012 - Beechwood Fine Foods, café deli and farm shop in Tring Town Centre, are now offering online ordering via their website www.beechwoodfinefoods.com. The business, which has just celebrated its second anniversary, sees the move as a natural progression for the business.

Initially the selection of products includes a choice of Sarah’s delightful homemade cakes and a range gift hampers.   However the owners, Toby and Sarah Murray, will strive to accommodate individual requests and bespoke hampers wherever possible, and are looking to increase the product range in future.

The choice of cakes is already extensive, including Black Forest Sandwich combining cherries and chocolate, Lemon Drizzle, traditional Victorian Sandwich, classic Coffee and Walnut Sandwich, Chocolate Fudge Cake and Cherry and Marzipan Cake, ranging from £10.

The gift hampers cost from £30 including treats for those with a sweet tooth, chilli and cheese savoury and ‘Beechwood’s Finest’ containing a selection of Beechwood’s finest and novel products.  Full details via the website.

Beechwood offer free delivery of their homemade cakes and hampers within a 5-mile radius of their Tring shop, or collection.  Hampers can be posted but postage and packing is extra.  48 hours’ notice is required for all orders.

Toby Murray, owner of Beechwood Fine Foods, says, “We see online ordering as a natural extension to our shop in Tring.  Sarah’s homemade cakes, especially, are much sought-after, and the online facility gives us the opportunity to provide an additional service for the convenience of our customers, and to reach out to those who have not yet had the chance to call in to see us at our shop in Frogmore Street Tring.  We anticipate that this service will be particular popular around Christmas time but also for many other celebrations and occasions when an extra special something is just what is required.”
