SGA Group, PC Merges with Carr, Daley, Sullivan & Weir, PC to become Spire Group, PC

June 28, 2012 - PRLog -- CLARK, New Jersey and LIVINGSTON, New Jersey (June 28, 2012) – SGA Group, PC, a Certified Public Accounting firm based in Clark, New Jersey, and Carr, Daley, Sullivan & Weir, PC, a Certified Public Accounting firm with offices in Livingston and Jersey City, New Jersey, announced today their plans to merge and operate together under the name Spire Group, PC (“Spire Group”) effective July 1, 2012.  This new firm will maintain offices in all three New Jersey locations and employ over 40 employees, including eight partners and 22 CPAs. Spire Group will offer a broad range of professional services including Assurance Services, Tax Compliance and Consulting Services, Outsourcing Solutions and Specialty Services throughout the tri-state area, with a geographic emphasis in Union, Essex, Hudson and Bergen counties in New Jersey.
