Career paths at BKD are divided into levels, and each position is defined by its own set of duties, responsibilities and competencies requiring cumulative and advanced degrees of education, training and experience. Personnel also must demonstrate their leadership abilities as coaches and mentors, as well as active community members. Individuals become candidates for promotion after successfully mastering their existing level.

Giordano has more than 25 years of experience providing investment banking and financial advisory services. He is responsible for managing corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, strategic options analysis and business consulting.
He is a 1984 graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut, with a B.S. degree in marketing and a 1987 graduate of Regis University, Denver, Colorado, with an MBA degree. In 1992, he completed the Certificate Program for Advanced Study in Business - Corporate Finance at Fordham University, New York.
