PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 28, 2012 - The crew at Expert Estates has been busy for the last two weeks staging and researching personal property for this weekend’s estate sale in Golden Hills. There will be a large selection of useful things, appliances, antiques, fine and decorative art, furniture, and memorabilia offered at the upcoming estate sale run by professional estate liquidator, Lisa Kroese. A 1925 player piano, a rare Staffordshire vase, a diamond ring, a gold bracelet and vintage costume jewelry are some of the highlights being sold this Friday through Sunday starting at 8AM each morning.

"It is really wonderful to find new loving homes for a person’s lifetime of collections. Our buyers find so many treasures at our sales - there really is something for everyone. You can stock up on everything from pots and pans to fine art! Estate sales are a growing green industry and are a fantastic way to shop for bargains and unique things", said Lisa Kroese, owner of Expert Estates.

This weekend’s sale includes vintage memorabilia featuring JFK, Elvis, MLK and others,  in addition to an oak dining table and chairs, a beautiful living room set and so much more. The sale opens at 8AM each morning, and is on Briarwood Street. Just follow the signs to find it. Expert Estates keeps good inventory in stock all weekend long by using a discount schedule. Everything is the price on the tag Friday but is 10% off Saturday morning, 20% off starting at 11 on Saturday. For the real bargain hunters, it is 50% off all day Sunday.
