QuickCert Releases New Live Instructor Support Program

June 28, 2012 - PRLog -- The addition of QuickCert’s Live Support will allow students to work one on one with a leading industry instructor.  Adding this level of personal support will provide students with the ability to speak with the same instructor as on their pre-recorded training lectures.
The concept behind this new feature is simple; keep student engaged throughout their training. QuickCert continues its commitment to involve students throughout their courses. With this new feature, QuickCert has combined the advantages of in-class training with their award winning self-paced education. The combination of these two methodologies has led to a significant increase in the pass rate of QuickCert students, which is at an all-time high of 97%.
The live instructor support program is being spearheaded by Chuck Moore, QuickCert’s in-house instructor, and a seasoned IT training instructor with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Moore, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Education and spent time teaching in the public school sector. The understanding of public teaching gives Moore the tolerance and compassion to work with students at all levels and disciplines. After leaving the public education arena, Moore moved to the IT world at Scientific Atlanta and provided PC support for the in-house engineers. Later Moore became a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) and advanced his technical skills further when he began teaching as a Certified Novell Instructor (CNI).
Chuck Moore added, "I have seen many students who thoroughly enjoyed the live training environment with the freedom of being able to "pick the brain" of the instructor.  But the class only lasts for one week.  What a great idea when we combine the truly live instructor with the full year of training resources that can be accessed 24x7.  It does not get any better than that!"

This new addition has separated QuickCert from dozens of other providers in their space. Students now have the reality of having the coaching assistance of the trainer himself available to them as a mentor and tutor throughout their classes.
