Alpha Partners with JDSU to Provide Timely Repairs and Calibrations

Proper calibration is a key component of optimum power performance and is often overlooked. Improperly calibrated equipment can result in service outages, increased truck rolls, dig ups, dissatisfied customers, and even lawsuits.

To prevent these circumstances, Alpha will leverage its existing service routes to pick-up JDSU equipment in need of repair or calibration. Once picked-up, Alpha will send the equipment to the nearest JDSU service center, where their industry expertise provides best-in-class maintenance services. After the equipment has been repaired or calibrated, JDSU will ship directly back to the customer.
