Strategic advisor and finance consultant Gary Lipsky joins CleanWave Group

Gary Lipsky is a strategic advisor, project manager, business catalyst and operational and finance specialist.  Mr. Lipsky has a particular interest in assisting early stage disruptive companies with market expansion, and financial and corporate structure advisory services.  Before joining CleanWave, Gary was Vice President for strategy, consulting, and project management at EnergyOne.  In addition Gary has worked as Director of Operations and Business Development at Ecron and Consultant at BearingPoint focused on business strategy, operational efficiency, and financial management.  
He has developed and managed domestic and international energy projects, detailed financial projections and reports, led government relations efforts to develop project support, and focused on obtaining carbon credits for voluntary emission reductions.  Mr. Lipsky has advised clean-tech industry clients and investors on energy policy, project feasibility, technology, and financial metrics.  Gary has experience in the steel and industrial products industry providing consulting expertise for a major Ukrainian steel producer focused on the South Asian and US markets.  Gary Lipsky holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from The George Washington University.  Gary is fluent in English and Russian.
