The school, which is often ranked highly as one of the best in the world, has successfully made a stance in the Middle East with its Dubai Centre which was established five years ago, and currently working with large organisations in the area.
The first part of the programme, ‘Lead With Impact' has been constructed for top level managers, while the second part, ‘Emerging Leaders’ will focus on new and upcoming managers with less managerial experience. The leadership programme will encourage career progression for talented and motivated workers of Oman Oil Company, seeking to grow within the company. The goal is to cultivate a team of highly talented work force packed with entrepreneurial qualities that are fully equipped and capable of unlocking future business opportunities within the organisation.
