Presente3D announces at ISTE 2012 that its 3D PowerPoint add-on is now available for Educators

Presente3D has been considered a game changer for educators because it allows people with no knowledge of 3D to easily take standard PowerPoint presentations that are being used in the classroom and make them 3D. The 3D PowerPoint can be display on any 3D-ready projector or 3DTV. Everything is controlled right from within Microsoft PowerPoint.

Any text, chart, image, shape can be transformed into 3D.  All slide objects’ z-depth level can be adjusted to created eye popping 3D effects.  With support for stereo pair images, teachers can now integrate immersive 3D imagery into their presentations from such educational sites as NASA.

Presente3D’s software, which will be commercially available in August, is compatible with all 3D DLP enabled projectors that are currently installed in over 1.5 million classrooms in the United States. It supports the HDMI 1.4a standard for 3D so that no special computer hardware is required. Teachers and students now have the ability to create and display their own 3D content on their standard PC’s or laptops being used in their classrooms.
